"Medieval dream" dress with detachable sleeves, flax-linen gorget and wool hood As most of our costumes this great garb is self-designed, but inspired with and based on original medieval samples and portraiture. This design is most close to Western Europe XIII century style. Dress is made of 100% natural flax-linen. Detachable sleeves are made in contrasting color with lining of basic color. Dress have 15 buttons and sleeves have 18 buttons each. Gorget (pelerine) is made of 2 layers of natural flax-linen. Hood is made of black wool with flax-linen lining.   16 ga stainless steel (satin finishing), brass, casted rivets. Functional combat armour  New product - great quality "Wisby" type brigandine - most classic medieval brig. Our brig is made of 5 layers of fabric (external is wool, then 3 layers of cotton and flax linen lining) with 1 mm hand-dished cold-rolled plates inside. This is great, light and very comfortable combat armour. Actually, 1mm is enough, but for your choice it can be made with 1.5 (16 ga) cold-rolled plates inside. Brig is bordered with leather trimming. As I said, plates are hand-dished and brig is joined with solid metal rivets. Great flexibility, reasonable weight and authentic medieval looking.
